After a Very Enjoyable Excursion to the Archiv der Avantgarden in Dresden last month, the Avant-Garde Study Group has now scheduled a new Programme of sessions for the summer term:
- 13 April 2026: Translating Alfred Jarry’s Ubu Roi
- 8 May 2026: The College of Sociology, Anti-Fascism and Authoritarian Politics
- 9 June 2026: Theology and Expressionism: Barth, Tillich and Maritain
- 7 July 2026: Mass Observation: Documentary and the Avant-Garde
All meetings take place from 7-8.30 pm in Room 104 at the Centre for British Studies, HU Berlin, Anton-Wilhelm-Amo-Str. 60, 10117 Berlin.
